They will NOT return phone calls. You cannot speak to a real person no matter what you do. I waited on hold for a total of an hour and left 6 messages over 4 days that we're never returned.

TERRIBLE. communication is awful. Billie the sales gal promises everything amd then disappears. Our items were smashed torn damaged upon arrival. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR VALUABLE ITEMS OR AT ALL.
